**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end merchandising process, from product planning to execution, ensuring alignment with the brand’s goals. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality products to our customers while maximizing profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Planning & Development**:

- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop seasonal collections aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales data to forecast demand and plan product assortment.
- **Sourcing & Vendor Management**:

- Identify and manage suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost efficiency.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and work with supply chain teams to maintain optimal inventory.
- Plan reorders and manage stock clearance strategies.
- **Sales & Marketing Coordination**:

- Align merchandising strategies with marketing and sales initiatives.
- Provide input on promotional campaigns and seasonal sales strategies.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Work closely with production teams to address quality issues promptly.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Recommend new product ideas and strategies based on research findings.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser in the apparel industry, preferably in men's fashion.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹13,897.43 - ₹25,000.00 per month
