Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including budget variance analysis and forecasting, to provide valuable insights to management.
  • Working on month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement review.
  • Conducting successful audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle complex accounting transactions and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings, including income tax provisions and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in accounting regulations and assess the potential impact on the organization.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficient in utilizing accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively to stakeholders.
