Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales, handling customer inquiries, and facilitating both primary and resale transactions for residential and commercial properties. Their daily responsibilities will include managing client relationships, providing detailed property consultations, showcasing rental and purchase options, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include market research and ensuring accurate documentation to complete the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in property sales, customer relationship management, and closing transactions
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including resale and rental properties
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and conduct effective property research
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with real estate laws and documentation is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry and fluency in local languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
