Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. As a Sales Manager, the candidate will oversee and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets, develop sales strategies, and build client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining a strong client network, guiding the sales process from lead generation to closure, and staying updated with market trends to inform decision-making. The role will require managing client interactions, offering investment advisory, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This position also includes ensuring teamwork and performance excellence within the sales department.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Ability to lead teams, set goals, and manage operations efficiently
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Experience in real estate, particularly in luxury residential and commercial sectors, is an advantage
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • A results-driven attitude with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets
