Job Description:The OT Solution Architect is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining operational network infrastructures within an industrial environmentThey coordinate efforts between multiple teams systems security customers to ensure the effective and secure integration of information technology and operational technologyKey Responsibilities:Architecture Design and DevelopmentDevelop customized network architectures to meet the specific needs of remote site s industrial operations ROBO EDGE Primary ProductionEnsure data flow optimization and system resilience through appropriate designIntegration and CoordinationEnsure the smooth integration of OT systems with IT infrastructures working closely with the teams involvedCoordinate change between systems security and customer teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutionsLead the migrations new deployment refresh changeof OT Products managing the MSP activitiesResource ManagementAlong with the OT Service Delivery manage the MSSP resources responsible for configuring and setting up equipment providing technical expertise to guide them in their workDevelop training plans to ensure adequate understanding of the systemsMaintenance and SupportOversee preventive and corrective maintenance of systems deployed across more than 350 sitesProactively propose optimization solutions and resolve technical issuesSecurityImplement robust security policies to protect OT systems from cyber threatsConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with current security standardsStandardization and DeploymentDevelop and standardize deployment processes for industrial services ensuring consistency and quality of installationOversee infrastructure deployment while staying on schedule and within budgetDocumentation and TrainingWrite and maintain detailed technical documentation of architectures and proceduresTrain operational teams and communicate with on site contacts who are often unfamiliar with IT OT conceptsNice to have Innovation and Technology MonitoringStay informed of the latest trends and innovations in the field of OT and industrial networksPropose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and system performanceTechnical Requirements:Technical skillsExcellent knowledge of network tools switches firewalls proxies routers and Cisco HPE and Palo Alto technologiesProficiency in SCADA PLC HMI and industrial network systems Ethernet IP Modbus etcExperience in managing network monitoring and analysis toolsAnalyticalAbility to analyze complex data and solve critical problems in high pressure environmentsCollection of industrial site requirements and proposal of solutions from the Air Liquide catalogKnowledge for OT standards and reglementationsInterpersonalExcellent communication skills in English fluency required with the ability to interact effectively with non technical contactsAbility to train and supervise teams and manage cross functional projectsPreferred Skills:Technology->Hyperconverged Infrastructure->Nutanix,Technology->Middleware Administration->Middleware Administration-Others,Technology->Networking->Network design and test,Domain->Network->Data networking network management
