Key Responsibilities -

  • Acquire new clients for the company and build strong business relationships.
  • Coordinate effectively between clients and senior management.
  • Maintain healthy client relationships and ensure smooth communication.
  • Understand client needs and provide necessary updates or assistance.
  • Assist in handling queries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.
  • Contribute to overall growth and client satisfaction of the company.

Eligibility Criteria-

1)Freshers are welcome to apply – training will be provided.

2)Strong communication skills (both verbal & written).

3)Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.

4)Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.

5)Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home.
