Job Description:

We are looking for a Computer Specialist / E-Commerce Executive to manage daily online operations for our fashion business. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge and interest in e-commerce, product listing, and online sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings on Amazon, Ajio, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
  • Upload product images, descriptions, and pricing accurately.
  • Handle inventory updates, order processing, and dispatch coordination.
  • Track sales reports and assist in promotions or ad campaigns.
  • Respond to customer queries and coordinate returns/refunds.
  • Maintain daily records and assist the management with reports.

Required Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Internet).
  • Familiarity with online shopping portals or e-commerce tools preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma / Graduate.
  • Experience in e-commerce or computer operations preferred, but freshers can apply.
