Position Objective: To lead business development and marketing initiatives in the Eastern region (primarily Kolkata and surrounding states), focusing on identifying new project opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing company visibility among consultants, contractors, and government departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
  • Identify and generate leads for prestressing, post-tensioning, and bridge-related works in Eastern India.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients including consultants, contractors, infrastructure developers, and government bodies.
  • Conduct regular visits to client sites, consultants' offices, and project locations for business development.
  • Prepare and submit technical-commercial offers, proposals, and prequalification documents.
  • Coordinate with Head Office for pricing, project status, and client communications.
  • Track tender notifications, project progress, and competitor activities in the region.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports, sales forecasts, and regional performance updates.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between marketing, design, and execution teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech. (Civil / Mechanical) preferred. MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Experience: 5–12 years of experience in marketing or business development in infrastructure / construction / prestressing / bridge / EPC sector.
  • Languages: Assamese, Manipuri, Bengali, English, and Hindi.
  • Required: Must possess a valid passport for future assignments.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong network with clients and consultants in Eastern India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of tendering procedures and project coordination.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the region.
  • Proficient in the local language(s) of the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
