About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Design with expertise in both graphic design and video editing to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a versatile visual storyteller who can conceptualize and execute high-quality static and motion creatives across digital platforms.

This role requires someone with a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency in creative tools, and the ability to collaborate across teams to bring campaigns and brand stories to life.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Develop high-quality static creatives including social media posts, marketing collaterals, event assets, presentations, infographics, and ad creatives.

Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs by adhering to brand guidelines.

Create visually appealing layouts, typography, and illustrations tailored for different platforms.

Video Editing & Motion Design

Conceptualize, edit, and produce engaging video content such as product explainers, ad films, social shorts, event highlight videos, and promotional campaigns.

Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.

Optimize video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to translate briefs into impactful designs.

Manage multiple design projects with quick turnaround times while maintaining attention to detail.

Stay up to date with creative trends, digital content formats, and best practices.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).

3–6 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a digital-first or ad-tech/marketing environment.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Knowledge of Figma/Canva for quick design needs.

Familiarity with 3D animation, color grading, or sound editing is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking abilities.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

A collaborative mindset with attention to detail.
