Reporting To: Head – Zonal Manager
Department: Auctions
Location: XYZ
•KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
• To efficiently manage the auction process in the designated zone, ensuring a high conversion rate, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
• Generating listings for Open (Yard) and online auctions by meeting with clients on a regular basis.
• Scheduling auctions according to the received list of items from the clients.
• Overseeing the online auction process to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Coordinating with clients to obtain auction completion reports (ACR).
• Following up with clients for necessary approvals.
• Ensuring that all approved vehicles receive 100% payment conversion.
• Sending daily reports to clients on the payment status of approved vehicles.
• Obtaining payment confirmations from clients for billing purposes.
• Monitoring the CSE team for CRM updating and closure.
• Assisting with buyer marketing initiatives to facilitate new buyer registration.

5+ years' experience
