Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Junior Digital Marketing professional to join our team at Yani Green Industries in Bikaner. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience, who wish to leverage their expertise in digital marketing to drive our sustainable product lines. The role involves enhancing our online presence and connecting effectively with our target audience through strategic digital channels.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics to analyze and interpret web traffic metrics and user behavior, optimizing our marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with SEO optimization techniques to improve our search engine rankings, increasing visibility and driving organic traffic.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising, including campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Familiarity with content management systems to efficiently manage and update website content, ensuring it is current and engaging.
  • Ability to manage PPC campaigns effectively, using data analysis to optimize ad spend and improve conversion rates.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms to create and execute effective email campaigns that build customer relationships.
  • Competency with data analysis tools to measure and report on marketing initiatives, facilitating data-driven decision making.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize for better performance.

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize digital marketing strategies based on data analysis.
  • Create engaging digital content for various platforms that align with the company's brand and values.
  • Maintain and monitor the company's social media platforms, ensuring timely responses and active customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic reach and drive qualified traffic to our website.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, optimizing performance to ensure a high return on investment.
  • Measure, analyze, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the production and sales teams to ensure that digital marketing aligns with business objectives and product launches.
