Their responsibilities typically include:Recruitment and HiringJob Posting: Creating and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms and internal job boards.

Sourcing: Identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.Screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Scheduling Interviews: Arranging interviews with hiring managers. Candidate Assessment: Conducting in-depth interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Offer Extension: Extending job offers to selected candidates and negotiating terms. Onboarding: Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training. Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries, resolving disputes, and maintaining positive employee relations.

Performance Management: Assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development. HR Documentation: Maintaining employee records, contracts, and other HR documents. Offboarding: Managing the offboarding process for departing employees.

Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals.
