Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our sales and promotional activities for open plot ventures around Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, team management, and closing high-value sales deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote MSR Developers' ventures across all locations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and local outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, agents, and local networks.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
  • Plan and organize customer site visits, real estate expos, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with management to develop promotional materials, advertisements, and brand visibility campaigns.
  • Track sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and suggest improvements for lead conversion.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or Relevant Experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing (preferably in open plot ventures).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in Telugu.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage marketing budgets.
  • Hands-on experience in local advertising, and field sales.
  • Must be familiar with the Vijayawada and surrounding real estate markets.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
