
Junior Sales Executive

As a Sales Support Coordinator, your role will involve verifying, creating, and distributing sales inquiries with accuracy and timely responses. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, order status, and resolving any issues they may have. Additionally, you will assist the sales team in preparing sales plans, generating packages, sending price quotations, and contributing to sales proposals. Your responsibilities will include coordinating sales activities, scheduling meetings and appointments, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow. You will also play a key role in training new sales team members and providing ongoing support to enhance their effectiveness. It will be crucial for you to maintain accurate customer and sales records, as well as organize and file sales-related documents. Moreover, you will be responsible for updating and managing customer information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
