We have an exciting opportunity for Procurement Executive in our Procurement team. You will be responsible for Responsible for
- Ensure timely contract renewals, maintain accurate vendor records, and manage the vendor database within Inchcape's framework to support consolidation, performance, and governance.
- Support vendor management activities, including updating supplier databases and following up on documentation.
- Conduct timely vendor and partner audits to ensure compliance.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation for audit compliance.
- Support vendor-related enquiries and procurement requests from internal stakeholders and ensure timely coordination and processing.
- Educate vendors on Inchcape's business requirements, policies, and terms, while managing general correspondence with vendors.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned to support the department, and any additional duties required by the direct reporting manager.
What you'll do:

Who you are:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in procurement, vendor management, or administrative support.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with ability to prepare reports and manage data accurately.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and basic compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Proactive and resourceful, with ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address issues and support risk management.
- Eligibility to work in the relevant office location, with flexibility to support APAC working hours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (an additional language is an advantage).
