Trainer & Quality Analyst (Night Shift)

Job Description
- Auditing for Gurgaon and Jaipur teams.
- Provide feedback.
- Participate in process & training calls as required.
- Reporting.
- Will be actively involved in creating audit & sample plans, and feedback sharing.
- QA will be involved in regular calibration calls.
- Will be actively involved in managing escalations received externally and internally.
- Work closely with the Ops supervisors to develop agent & team level action plans for Quality improvement.
- Perform all other assigned tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Create training schedules and plans.
- Will provide project specific training to new hires.
- Provide refresher training to the team, as required.
- Monitor quality and productivity of new hires.
Education & Qualification
- Proper knowledge of medical billing in both AR & denials.
- Minimum 2 yrs experience in medical billing with at least 6 months experience as trainer or Q/A (medical billing process).
- Graduate in any stream from recognized university
