Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
