Job Description

The Royal Ethnix is seeking experienced Retail Sales Executives for its Chinar Park and Barasat stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in men's ethnic wear and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing men's ethnic wear, providing product knowledge and styling advice.
  • - Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • - Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store's overall performance.
  • - Maintain store displays and ensure product availability and organization.
  • - Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage billing and transactions.
  • - Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • - Previous experience in retail sales, specifically in men's ethnic wear, is mandatory.
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Ability to work flexible hours.
  • - Goal-oriented with a customer-first approach.
  • - Basic computer skills for handling store transactions.
