Executive - Vendor Management

  • Define the selection strategy
  • Grow and manage the selection by maintaining strong vendor relationships
  • Help to set up a category procurement support strategy
  • Manage item and vendor
  • Attend fairs and vendor meetings as required
  • Monitor and research industry and competitive trends to make the best offering to the customer.
  • Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors
  • Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products
  • Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which products are more popular than others
  • Implementing vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured
  • Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors
  • Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them
  • Understanding the marketplaces and being the point of contact for vendors and assisting in operations and other issues

Executive - Vendor Management Requirements

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Excel
  • Should be willing to travel for work
  • The ability to multitask effectively
  • Should have strong negotiation skill
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Salary – 24k

Location - Kolkata

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180, ₹288,000.00 per year
