Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Front Office Supervisor. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee the front desk operations, including supervising staff, handling receptionist duties, managing reservations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth operations, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining communication among staff and management.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Proven experience in supervising staff and managing front desk operations
- Receptionist Duties: Proficiency in handling front desk tasks, managing check-ins/outs, and overseeing reservations
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and staff
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
