Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Hub Manager. The Hub Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure smooth collaboration among dealers, lenders, and end consumers. Responsibilities include monitoring hub performance, building strong relationships with stakeholders, achieving financial targets, and addressing client inquiries or concerns. The Hub Manager will drive business growth by implementing effective strategies and maintaining operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong operational and team management skills to lead and guide a team effectively.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet financial and operational goals.
- Sound knowledge of the automotive sector, lending processes, and market trends is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in tools and software for data tracking and reporting is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
