Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Mumbai

About the Role :-
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage core HR functions including payroll, employee travel, recruitment, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective support for employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :-
Payroll & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including attendance, leave management, salary inputs, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payroll reconciliation and statutory filings.
Travel & Expense Management
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements for employees including bookings, reimbursements, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure adherence to company travel policies and expense management systems.
- Track and process travel expense settlements.
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate and updated HR records, employee database, and personnel files.
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee appraisal cycles.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and HR best practices.
Employee Support
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and travel-related matters.
- Provide timely support and ensure a positive employee experience.
Required Skills & Competencies :-
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and employee support.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and payroll software.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
