What this job involves:

Will be responsible for handling Logistics & Industrial Leasing, Land acquisition and disposition along with manufacturing requirements for East India.

Will work closely with team to generate new opportunities via active Business Development in Occupier and Landlord segments.

Will work towards securing LR business and Industrial/Manufacturing mandates.

Will work towards expansion of business in Tier 2 & 3 markets.

Sounds like you? To apply you need to be:

Graduate with a minimum 7+ years of experience

Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change

Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multitask and work in a team

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)

Ability to deliver under challenging scenarios
