Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Public Relations Officer to join our hospitality team. The role is ideal for professionals with a passion for communication,branding and stakeholder

management.

  • The individual will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a positive public image for our organization, engaging with media, and strategizing communications across all platforms.

Key Responsibilites:


• Develop and execute PR strategies, campaigns, and media relations to enhance brand reputation.


• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, speeches, and social media posts.


• Organize PR events, press conferences, and support hospitality promotional activities.


• Build strong professional relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.


• Handle media inquiries and act as spokesperson for the hotel/resort when required


• Address and manage crisis communications effectively to protect the reputation of the hospitality business.


• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure coordinated communication.


• Develop content for online/digital channels, manage online reputation, and coordinate guest engagement initiatives.


• Support event planning, sponsorship activities, and

community engagement efforts as needed

Required Qualifications:


• Any Bachelor's degree or Education Background in Marketing, Hotel Management, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Journalism, or a related field.


• 0-3 years of relevant experience in public relations, ideally within hospitality or customer service-oriented industries. (Freshers are also welcomed for this role)


• Experience in event planning, media relations, and digital PR preferred.

Essentials Skills:


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).


• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Networking and relationship-building aptitude, both internally and externally.


• Competency in managing digital channels and online brand reputation.


• Calm, professional demeanor for crisis management and high-pressure situations.


• Analytical mindset for tracking PR campaign results and industry trends.


• Event management and planning skills.

Additional Information:


• Salary: INR 2.5 LPA to 4.8 LPA (Depends on experience & skills).


• Location: Pune


• Reporting to: Public Relations Manager or Communication Head.
