**Job Description - Public Relationship Executive**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **External Public Relation (Prime Responsibility)**:
1. PR and Branding : o Develop and implement end to end PR campaigns and media relations strategies in a very cost effective manner o Edit, update and prepare promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, etc.) o Prepare and distribute press releases and ensure its publications in print and electronic media o Plan, manage, host and organize events (e.g. Industry Meets, Media Meets,

NGO meet, Open Days, Press Conferences etc.) and serve as the company’s spokesperson

2. Partnerships : o Develop relations, liaison and partnerships with external stakeholders and agencies, like media groups, colleges, universities, CSR award agencies,

Govt. officials / agencies, industries, NGOs etc. o Address inquiries, resolve and manage issues from above stake holders o Follow industry and market trends of CSR eco system and establish company’s name accordingly o Research and development related to CSR and skills development area and give appropriate suggestions to client for improvement o Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising.

3. Report making : o Regular update sharing status of the work to client o Interaction with client and discuss new ideas and area of improvement o Prepare and submit reports stipulated by company and/or client
- **Internal Team Adroitness (Additional Responsibility)**: o Understand the project and support the internal team during meeting and other activities, e.g. Information, Education & Communication, Training &
Academic, and Placement of Centre o Updates of work status with HO and RO team

**Job Description - Public Relationship Executive ** o Guide and support trainees throughout their training program and livelihood development project o Arranging guest sessions, trainings, TOTs for the trainees and internal team o Taking sessions on work readiness, social skills etc. to develop trainees holistically o To support in other center activities, such as accounting, mobilization, training, placements etc. o To perform other administrative responsibilities of the center and to take up responsibility of fellow worker in case of his absence or emergency leave o To face company and/or client audits and prepare the reply of audit queries o To support in recruitment process of center vacant positions

**Eligibility and skills-set required**:

- **Skills-set**: o Reporting & Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point, excel)
- Adroit in major social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience managing media and other stake holder relations

(online, broadcast and print)
- Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing o Interpersonal & Organizational Skills
- Strong communication ability (oral and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
- **Other requirements**: o Open to travel out stations as per requirement

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
