Position Overview

We are hiring a Logistics Personnel for our sister company (not Eazr). The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling shipments, inventory, and coordination between internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
  • Monitor inventory levels and update records regularly to avoid stock discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
  • Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Manage purchase indents, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and monthly inventory reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and documentation standards.
  • Support internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Purchase, Supply Chain) for smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and cost controls.
  • Continuously optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in logistics/supply chain software (SAP, Quantum, Salesforce, TrackSolid, TrackSafe, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field (Science/Technical background is an advantage).
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or export coordination.
  • Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and compliance preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
