Export Logistics Specialist

· Logistics & Planning

o Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation, storage, and distribution of chemical products.

o Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs house agents (CHA) to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

o Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations to meet customer demand and ensure product availability.

o Review Purchase Orders, scrutinize terms & conditions, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

o Evaluate and manage third-party logistics partners to maximize service quality and value.

· Documentation & Compliance

o Oversee preparation, verification, and signing of pre- and post-shipment documents (customs, insurance, packing, and international regulations).

o Handle Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Lading (B/L), and ensure timely submission of documents to banks.

o Ensure compliance with hazardous material norms, laws, regulations, and ISO 9001 standards.

o Maintain accurate records in Sales & Purchase registers, including GST, ECGC, and insurance details.

· Operational Coordination

o Work with suppliers, transporters, and CHA to resolve delays or shipment issues, keeping the HOD informed.

o Provide shipment updates to internal stakeholders (Sales & Department Heads) and external customers.

o Organize personnel for supply, documentation, factory visits, and inspection of packaging/shipping marks.

o Verify supplier invoices, transporter bills, clearing agent charges, and courier bills.

· Financial Control & Insurance

o Approve payment vouchers for suppliers, transporters, clearing agents, LC charges, insurance, ECGC, and petty cash.

o Manage insurance coverage for materials in warehouses and prepare monthly insurance statements for submission.

o Verify and update DO (Delivery Order) statements and advance registers.

Prepare and circulate pending order lists to Sales Managers and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
