Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle purchase operations including vendor management, quotation comparison, and procurement.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.
  • Coordinate with accounts and management teams for smooth purchase-to-payment processing.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in purchase/accounts-related work.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor negotiations.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Strong background in Accounts and Purchase handling.
