Job DescriptionPosition: Typist
Preferred: Male & Female
Designation: Typist Executive
Age: 20 – 35
Location: Chrompet
Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Qualification: 12th pass/Diploma or Graduate in any discipline.
Key Responsibilities:- Type and format legal documents, sale agreements, letters, and internal reports.
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems.
- Ensure documents are error-free and comply with company standards.
- Assist in preparing forms, agreements, and customer communications.
- Perform data entry work and maintain client or project databases.
- Coordinate with legal and sales teams for document finalization.
- Handle confidential documents with care and discretion.
- Fast and accurate typing skills in both English & Tamil language.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and basic formatting tools.
- Familiarity with legal/real estate documentation is an added advantage.
- 12th pass/Diploma or Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in typing both Tamil & English.
- Experience in real estate/legal office preferred.
