Requirements

  • Fluency in TAMIL and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • In-depth understanding of cultural nuances and idiomatic expressions in TAMIL.
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills to accurately interpret conversations.
  • Ability to remain neutral and objective while interpreting.
  • Experience in interpreting in medical, legal, or customer service environments is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability in attendance are essential.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including potential night shifts.
