Role Summary: Digital Marketing- Sr. Executive

Digital marketing executives oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization. They plan and execute marketing campaigns and designs that promote a company's brand and maintain & supply content for the organization's website. In addition, they engage with the public through social media and ensure visitor flow to digital sites. Digital marketing executives analyze and report on visitor data and devise new ways to market products.

What would the work Entail:

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Building and maintaining the company's social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Plan and execute measured experiments and improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for relevant campaigns
  • Update & evaluate emerging technologies and its implementation.
  • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Creating and participating in content ideas.
  • Implement strategies to build organic & inorganic
  • Track marketing performance and return on investment and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports for management.
  • Make reports on competition and their analysis.
  • Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio or on the social media
  • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
  • Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing material.
  • Conduct market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and surveys

Your Attributes:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven working experience in digital marketing

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in B2C & B2B social media paid campaigns, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO\SEM, and market research
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web-Trends)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
