1. Business & Finance

  • Oversee Financial Performance: Manage and analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements, budgets, and financial reports for all assigned restaurants.
  • Drive Revenue & Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, control costs (food, labor, and overhead), and maximize profitability across the group.
  • Strategic Planning: Set short-term and long-term business goals for the group, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt to market trends.

2. Operational Excellence

  • Maintain Standards: Ensure a consistently high level of service, food quality, and cleanliness across all locations.
  • Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and enforce standardized policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and operational flow.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and purchasing to ensure quality and cost control.

3. New Outlet Openings

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee the entire process of opening new restaurant outlets, from initial planning to launch.
  • Launch & Post-Launch Support: Ensure a seamless and successful launch, providing hands-on support and guidance to the new management team in the critical weeks following the opening.

4. Team Management & Development

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide strong leadership to individual restaurant Managers and their teams.
  • Recruitment & Training: Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of new managers and key staff.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop talent pipelines to foster professional growth.
  • Conflict Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve inter-team or inter-location conflicts to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

5. Customer Relations & Brand Management

  • Guest Experience: Ensure all locations provide an exceptional guest experience, promptly addressing and resolving any major customer complaints.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold the brand's image and values across all restaurants, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable customer experience.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives that drive foot traffic and customer loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150, ₹175,000.00 per month
