Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support & Network Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for hardware and software issues.
  • Configure and maintain Windows operating systems and related applications.
  • Support in Server management.
  • Configure and monitor LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and VPN connections.
  • Ensure system security, data backup, and recovery processes are carried out effectively.
  • Provide end-user support for Outlook, remote desktop, and other workplace applications.
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support logs.
  • Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, OS installation, and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with networking concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of router/switch configuration.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server (AD, Group Policy, DHCP) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
