Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced SEO Expert to lead our search engine optimization strategy and help us dominate the local Dubai/ UAE real estate search market all while working remotely. You'll be responsible for end‑to‑end SEO efforts: from strategy and implementation through monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to the real estate industry and Dubai/UAE market.
• Perform keyword research focused on property types, locations, buyer personas, and other real estate‑specific terms relevant to UAE/Dubai.
• Conduct technical SEO audits of our website (site structure, crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data, schema, etc.), identify issues, and implement fixes.
• Optimize on‑page/off-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headings, content, internal linking) with a local focus (Dubai/UAE) to drive relevant traffic.
• Work on content to develop SEO‑friendly content (blog posts, property guides, market insights, locality pages) relevant to local clientele.
• Build and maintain high‑quality backlinks through partnerships, local real estate sites, directories, press/local media, and outreach.
• Monitor SEO performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz; track KPIs (organic traffic, rankings, conversions/leads, bounce rate, etc.).
• Ensure content and pages are optimized for Core Web Vitals, mobile performance, and user experience in UAE market contexts.
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, especially those affecting local search, map‑pack, multilingual/multiregional SEO.
• Competitor analysis: study competing real estate companies in Dubai/UAE to find gaps and opportunities.
• Provide regular reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to the management, with insights, wins, challenges, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in SEO roles, preferably with experience in real estate, local business, or similar industry.
• Demonstrable results: improvement in organic traffic, search rankings, and lead generation. Provide examples or case studies.
• Deep knowledge of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/ SEMrush / Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO: site architecture, page speed, mobile optimization, schema markup, structured data.
• Experience with on‑page SEO, content optimization, keyword research, internal linking strategies.
• Local SEO expertise: understanding the Dubai/UAE market, search behaviors, local listings/maps, Arabic/English language SEO a plus.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Joomla, Drupal) or real estate website platforms.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, data‑driven decision-making.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, capable of working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Manage our website completely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience with multilingual SEO.
• Some knowledge of paid search / PPC to coordinate with SEO efforts.
• Prior experience in Dubai or UAE property market is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with real estate/CMA tools, local real estate directories, property portals in UAE.
