Job Summary

As our SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions for our clients. This is a part-time, fully remote position (8-16 hours per week) designed for a self-motivated expert looking for a flexible role. You will own all aspects of SEO, from technical audits and content strategy to performance analysis, all while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Audits: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and develop holistic strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Technical SEO: Analyze and optimize website architecture, crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals.
  • On-Page & Content Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking while collaborating with content creators on SEO-driven calendars.
  • Off-Page & Authority Building: Develop and execute sustainable, white-hat link-building strategies.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs, delivering clear, insightful reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Singapore-based team to create a unified and powerful digital marketing strategy for our clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2-4 years of direct experience in an SEO-focused role with a demonstrable portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency with core SEO tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush) and technical tools like Screaming Frog.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage projects effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
