Reporting To: Office Manager

Salary : Depends on Exp (Upto 6 LPA)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant & Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in basic accounts management, billing, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance Support:

  • Maintain and update daily records of income and expenses.
  • Handle bill entries, invoice processing, and petty cash management.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial statements.
  • Manage vendor payments, follow up on dues, and maintain ledgers.
  • Support the senior accountant with audits and reconciliations.

Office Administration:

  • Maintain organized records of office files, receipts, and documents.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed.
  • Help with basic HR documentation and attendance records.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in office accounts or administrative role.
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration .
  • Working knowledge of accounting software like Tally, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and invoice compliance (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Skills Required:

  • Good numerical and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Tally ERP or any similar accounting software.
  • Experience working in a small-to-medium-sized office setup.
  • Basic understanding of digital documentation and cloud storage tools.
