Accountabilities:

• Provide meaningful and actionable insights on LZA Opportunity Pipeline from CRM
• Provide Executive insights on Gap vs AOP & STRAP basis CRM Inputs
• Drive key insights on CRM Competitive Intelligence data
• Provide insights on key CRM Metrics to improve Sales Force Productivity and CRM Process Efficiency
• Support Sales Leads for monthly business meetings with relevant Metrics and Business Insights (from ROCs, Opportunities and Customer Profiles)
• Lead training and engagement with CRM Ambassadors across all regions for LZA
• Lead all CRM Enhancement Requests and Audits for LZA
• Develop CRM PBI Dashboard(s) as and when required to suit business need(s)
• Act as the Super User and Admin of CRM Process for LZA

Qualifications:

• Graduate with Post Graduation in MBA or Data Sciences is preferable
• Must have 5+ Years of overall experience with exposure to Microsoft CRM Dynamics (or likewise system) and 3+ years of analytical experience

Competencies for the Role:

• Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner using charts, graphs, and dashboards
• Proficiency in analyzing data from various sources, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Excellent MS Office Skills
• Highly proficient with Power BI tool
• LZA Competency Mapping: Evaluating Problems, Communicating Information, Creating Innovation, Driving Success
