Job Summary:

The BMS Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training sessions to students and professionals in the field of Building Management Systems, covering concepts such as CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, Home Automation, HVAC Controls, and PLC Integration. The role involves preparing training materials, conducting hands-on sessions, and ensuring students gain practical and theoretical knowledge aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct theoretical and practical sessions on BMS systems and related technologies.
  • Train students on CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, Public Address Systems, and Home Automation.
  • Prepare training modules, lesson plans, and technical documentation.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure all training resources are up to date.
  • Support students with project guidance and technical troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the technical and academic team to enhance training quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest BMS technologies and trends.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and related components.
  • Practical experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and HVAC systems.
  • Basic understanding of PLC, SCADA, and Automation integration is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom and lab sessions effectively.
  • Good organizational and mentoring abilities.

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in BMS installation, commissioning, or training.
  • Prior experience as a trainer or instructor is preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
