We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram to generate high-quality leads and maximize conversions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to reach the right customers.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, budget allocation, and bid strategies.
  • Create compelling ad creatives and persuasive ad copy aligned with campaign goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager & other tools.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align ads with overall brand and sales strategy.
  • Continuously improve ROI by testing new strategies and monitoring key KPIs (CTR, CPL, Conversion Rate).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
