Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Pune. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, presenting consulting services to potential clients, and working closely with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of services. Additionally, the Account Executive will be tasked with meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and participating in industry events.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management, Client Relations, and Sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
