We are in look out for Area Sales Manager HHEG for Multiple Locations (Kolkata, Bengaluru & Mumbai)
What will you do in a nutshell?
As an Area Sales Manager - B2B Hospitality you will spearhead sales and business development efforts in the hospitality (HORECA) segment across specified location. Leveraging your network within the hotelier ecosystem, you will drive revenue growth, forge strong client relationships, and ensure Duroflex's products become the preferred choice for hotels and hospitality businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and target potential clients in the hospitality sector, particularly hotels, through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
Conduct client outreach, deliver presentations, and demonstrate products to highlight the value of Duroflex solutions tailored to hospitality needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the hotelier segment to ensure repeat business and long-term collaborations.
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations. Negotiate rate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual value for both Duroflex and the client.
Conduct market research and competitor tracking to stay ahead of trends, identify opportunities, and position Duroflex effectively in the market.
Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Duroflex, generate leads, and expand market presence.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically within the HORECA industry.
Strong existing network of contacts within the hotelier segment in assigned geography
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively within territory. Established network of contacts among hoteliers in the region.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the mattress, bedding, or furniture industry.
Exposure to short-term and long-term business models within the hospitality sector.
