Dynamic Remedies Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the NSE-listed Madhavbaug (Vaidya Sane Ayurved Limited), specializes in providing Ayurvedic solutions for modern health challenges. We manufacture and sell Ayurvedic medicines and offer services such as private labeling, loan licensing, and third-party manufacturing. One of our flagship products, Madhavprash, is an Ayurvedic formulation known for enhancing heart health with its high antioxidant content and exceptional Vitamin C levels.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Modern Trade Manager to handle operations and relationships with leading pharmacy chains like Apollo, Medplus, Pharmeasy and modern trade partners such as Reliance Retail, D-Mart, More and other organized retail chains. The role involves onboarding and all necessary coordination across sales, supply chain, and marketing to ensure seamless product availability, effective promotions, and strong brand visibility in modern trade outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding on above mentioned retail chain
  • Visit, meet and liaise with the retail partners
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with key modern trade accounts.
  • Ensure timely product listings, stock replenishment, and order fulfilment.
  • Liaise with category managers for promotions, planograms, and product displays.
  • Track sales performance, returns, and payment status with partner accounts.
  • Support in planning and execution of in-store visibility and promotional campaigns.
  • Share periodic reports on sales trends, inventory levels, and market insights.
  • Collaborate internally with logistics, accounts, and marketing teams for smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate:
 Experience: 2+years of experience in modern trade or key account management (FMCG / Pharma / Wellness sector preferred).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (MS Excel proficiency a must).
  • Understanding of retail operations and promotional planning.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
