Ticketing Executive

Trinity International is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to manage flight bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with airline reservation systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver smooth and efficient ticketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle air ticket reservations, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Work with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre, etc.) for bookings.
- Provide clients with the best routing, fare options, and travel solutions.
- Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, special requests, and group bookings.
- Maintain updated knowledge of airline fare rules, policies, and offers.
- Support sales and operations teams with ticketing-related requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in bookings, invoicing, and documentation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in airline ticketing / travel industry.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (mandatory).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of both domestic & international ticketing preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
Job Type: Full-time
