Infotel India is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst with C1 level proficiency in German to provide exemplary L1, L2, and L3 support to our diverse clientele. As part of our dedicated support team, you will play a crucial role in handling technical issues for German-speaking users, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, delivering top-notch L1, L2, and L3 technical support.
- Diagnose and analyze issues, determining appropriate solutions or escalations as necessary.
- Utilize ticketing systems to log client inquiries, track progress, and monitor resolution timelines.
- Provide training and guidance to users for IT tools and applications, promoting effective usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and improve support processes.
- Contribute to the development and updating of support documentation and knowledge bases.
- Fluent in German (C1 level) and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in a Service Desk role providing L1, L2, and L3 support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Experience with IT service management systems and ticketing software.
- Understanding of networking, servers, and general IT infrastructure.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
