As a Sales Manager (B2B) in the Power (Hydro) industry, your role will involve managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying customer needs, generating revenue, and maintaining customer relationships specifically for high horse power (320 KVA -2020 KVA) Genset business. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and training them to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Establish local customer intimacy through connections at Executive level and key decision makers within customer organizations - Analyze sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize current ones - Implement the company's sales policies at the field level and enforce disciplinary actions - Hire and train sales teams in different regions to meet sales goals - Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads Qualifications Required: - Graduate in electrical or Mechanical engineering or diploma with MBA - Strong sales and marketing skills, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships - Experience managing a sales team and developing sales representatives - Excellent negotiation and closing skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field Please note that the employment type for this role is Full Time, Permanent.
