Location: Remote
Experience : 2-3 years
Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate business through online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, etc.
Identify, create, and submit compelling bids & proposals for projects.
Understand client requirements, prepare project scopes, and communicate effectively with clients.
Manage client communication and ensure a smooth pre- and post-bidding process.
Work closely with technical and sales teams to finalize deals.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in online bidding & business development.
- Strong knowledge of IT services (Web, Mobile App, Software Development, Digital Marketing, etc.).
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to draft customized, professional proposals.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
