Procurement/Buyer Specialist
for Shared Service team to join in
Chennai

  1. Candidate should have very good communication skills as he/ she will be working closely with RRD Onshore Outsourcing Procurement team, Business Teams, External Suppliers
  2. Candidate could be involved in Procurement activities to support Sourcing Service Buyers
  3. Candidate should be able to assist in the ERP's (Epic, Pecas, Custom Buy, SAP and ARIBA)
  4. Candidate should be expert in G-Suite, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  5. Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of Procurement experience
  6. Candidate will be able to support normal business hours (minimum 4pm CST)

  7. Candidate will support RRD Sourcing Service Category Buyers as follows:

  8. Understand the project information and direction from Buyers, reach out to the respective external suppliers and business teams to collect the requested information to drive the project

  9. Provide support with Purchase Order status, change orders, and supplier quality issues.
  10. Candidates will work closely with Buyers, Category Managers, and Customer Service to manage Outsourcing orders.
