Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager (CA Qualified), based in Gurugram. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to business decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing payroll, overseeing financial audits, ensuring taxation compliance, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization. The role involves collaborating closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting
  • Expertise in accounting methodologies, auditing, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in taxation, payroll management, and related financial operations
  • Database management and experience with accounting software such as Tally or SAP
  • Analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is an advantage
