This individual will play a critical role in enhancing HR operations through digital tools, refining performance management systems, and ensuring that the company's HR policies are current, compliant, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, technological expertise, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:1. HR Digitization:Lead the digitization of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle management. Implement and manage HR technologies such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System), performance management platforms, and employee self-service tools.

Ensure seamless integration of digital tools to enhance HR service delivery, efficiency, and employee experience. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital solutions and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed. Provide training and support to HR team members on the use of HR software and digital tools.2.

Performance Management:Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management process. Work with senior management to align performance metrics with business goals and ensure clarity in individual performance expectations. Drive the annual performance review process, ensuring timely feedback, appraisals, and development plans.

Analyze performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for employee development. Advise managers on performance management techniques and strategies to foster employee growth and productivity.3. HR Policies and Compliance:Develop, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.

Ensure all policies reflect the organization's values, culture, and objectives while aligning with industry standards and best practices. Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization. Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Assist with the communication and training of new and updated policies to employees and managers.4. HR Operations Management:Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient and consistent implementation of HR initiatives. Lead HR process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with HR leadership to develop long-term HR strategies that support organizational goals. Monitor key HR metrics and report on operational efficiency and areas for improvement.5. Collaboration and Leadership:Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and HR teams in aligning HR operations with business objectives.

Mentor and guide junior HR staff members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance HR team environment. Serve as a key liaison between HR and other departments to ensure alignment and drive organizational success. Education & Experience: Masters in Human Resources with a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, focusing on HR digitization, performance management, and policy development.

HR Technologies: Strong proficiency in HRIS, performance management systems, and other HR tools. Performance Management: Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development. Policy Development: Deep knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.

Leadership and Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement. Desired Characteristics:A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to improve HR operations.

Strong business acumen and understanding of the link between HR initiatives and business performance. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to identifying challenges and opportunities, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
