Earlyfit is a doctor-led, tech-enabled weight loss program built around GLP-1 medications like Wegovy and Mounjaro. We combine prescription care, nutrition, and lifestyle support with smart integrations such as body composition scales, fitness tracking, and remote consultations through our proprietary app. Our mission is to make safe, effective, science-backed weight loss accessible and sustainable for millions.

We are now expanding our Nutrition & Care Delivery function and are looking for a Program Manager who can own customer experience, improve service delivery, and drive patient outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality customer experience across all nutrition touchpoints
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the nutrition service team (scheduling, SLAs, escalations)
  • Monitor patient progress, adherence, and drop-offs; drive interventions to improve outcomes
  • Build structured care pathways for customers
  • Identify gaps in service delivery and implement process improvements
  • Work closely with the Nutrition Lead, Medical team, and Product team to enhance workflows
  • Lead customer escalations with empathy and clinical accuracy
  • Track metrics such as program adherence, CSAT, NPS, and resolution times
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of nutritionists as the team scales
  • Use data insights to redesign customer journeys and reduce operational friction
  • Coordinate with labs, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth patient operations

Who You Are

  • Experience in customer success, program management, or healthcare operations
  • Background in health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or care delivery preferred
  • Strong operational mindset with comfort in fast-paced, 0→1 environments
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical thinker with comfort using data to drive decisions
  • Passionate about patient care and improving health outcomes
